Common Programming Tips on the Avaya Partner ACS system:

        From extension 10 or 11 do the following:

        Press <Feature> <0> <0>

Select a three-digit code by pressing <Feature> and dialing three  digits between 600 and 699.

Enter the telephone number you want as a speed dial

To program another Speed Dial number select <Feature> and dial a different three digit number between 600 and 699. Enter the 2nd number you want as a speed dial and so forth.

To program over an existing number enter the new telephone number after selecting the three-digit code.

To complete and exit programming press <Feature> <0> <0>

 

From extension 10 or 11 do the following:

Press <Feature> <0> <0>

Press the left intercom button twice

Dial <#> <1> <2> <6>

The default setting is 1 (active) -- To deactivate, dial <2>

Exit the programming by pressing <Feature> <0> <0>
